What we collect
When you send the inspection form we collect your name, phone number, email, postcode and the details you choose to share about your property.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your request, arrange visits and send reports. We do not sell or share your details for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep visit records for as long as the law requires for pest control work, and enquiry details for up to 12 months if no work is booked.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@fieldmark.example and we’ll reply within 30 days.
