What we do

We walk the whole property with you first, inside and out, and note where insects are living and how they get in. Then we treat the cracks, voids and entry points where they travel, rather than spraying open rooms. Outside, we put a barrier band around the foundation and clear the spots pests like to shelter in. You get a written note of every product and where it went.

What to expect on the day

The visit takes about an hour and a half for an average house. You can stay home. We ask that pets and children keep out of treated rooms until surfaces are dry, usually around two hours. If you see more activity in the first two weeks, that is normal: insects are being flushed out of hiding. If it carries on past 60 days, we come back free.

How to prepare

Clear the floor along skirting boards in the kitchen and bathrooms, and empty the cupboard under the sink. Put pet bowls and food away. If you have noticed activity in a particular room, leave it as it is so we can see the trail. A list of what you have seen and when helps us more than anything else.
