What we do
We find the nest entrance, treat the nest with a fast-acting dust and, where it is safe to reach, take it down and bag it. Nests inside wall voids or roof spaces are treated through the entrance so the colony carries the product inside. We wear full protective suits, so you do not need to get close.
What to expect on the day
Most visits take under an hour. Activity can carry on for a day or so as foragers return, then drops off quickly. Please keep children and pets indoors while we work and for an hour afterwards. If the nest is still active after 48 hours, call us and we come back at no charge.
How to prepare
Do not block the entrance or try to spray the nest yourself, as this drives wasps into the house. Note where you see them flying in and out, and at what time of day. Unlock any side gate so we can reach the garden without coming through your home.
