What we do

We identify the animal from what it leaves behind, then fit one-way exits so it can leave but not return. Once the space is clear, we close the opening with mesh, caps or brush strips that suit your roof. Under solar panels, we fit a clip-on mesh skirt that does not drill into the panels. Protected species such as bats are left alone and referred to a licensed specialist.

What to expect on the day

Allow half a day. Most of the work is on the roof, so we need clear access to the side of the house. A follow-up visit a week later confirms the space is empty before the last opening is sealed. We will never trap an animal and leave it inside your roof.

How to prepare

Tell us when you hear the noise and roughly where. Move cars away from the side of the house where we will set up ladders. If nesting birds are present in spring, we may need to wait until the young have left before proofing, as active nests are protected.
